Making progress on my latest offering, a diving bell. Robby is looking out the window to provide a sense of scale, and don't worry about the cutout letting water in :) I need to add windows and a valve for the compressed air to be pumped in the top, anything else I've missed? Comments/Crits please.

I can't think of a more excellent tribute, Mahray. As for the bell, I think you can get some really great rusty metal textures going on this eventually. As much as I hate the altitude/slope-sensitive texturing process, it does produce some cool results.

most of the diving bells I've seen have been modified spheres; basically because the shape holds together under intense pressures. This would work down a few feet, so it may be from an earlier century..
keep with it..
