Hi all its een a while since you;ve heard me looking for something. That is becasue I just had surgery and have been stuck in a bed since monday. Let me tell you how fun that is. ANYways I would like to start off saying that I think it is sooo funny that since Daz put the Harem Dancer up for like a dollar a lot of the images in the gallery have that in them. ANyways I need a tree and a tree texture. Free if possible because I am cheap. Thanks for reading G'day

Oh, you can always tell when the latest character du jour is in, because they sprout like mushrooms..;) What kind of a tree? Have you checked freebies? I do beleive I've seen some tree models in there. There is a program called Xfrog that's good for making trees, but costs about as much as a real tree..;) do a search through freebies here, and let us know..

All the good trees here are for Vue or bryce, as for the type not too concerned I just want it to look old and large.

@pakled
If you use it, can you let me know if there enough materials in the exported .OBJs
I was toying with submitting another patch to create multiple leaf materials.

Don't know about free, but if litluvr still has his 'virtual forest' pack out those were about the most realistic trees I've ever seen for poser - and this is coming from an Arboretum manager. The models are nicely shaped and you can even change the leaf shapes with a map and a transmap.

Well, not free, but certainly useful -- currently the best trees available for poser are at RDNA. Xfrog isn't too expensive, actually -- it's cheaper than poser, and works wonderfully. For free stff, you can't possibly go wrong with Fitzy's link -- one of my fave places to lurk... Off to check the linkthou and I, my friend, can, in the most flunkey world, make, each of us, one non-flunkey, one hero, if we like: that will be two heroes to begin with. (Carlyle)

Not trees, but plants. Used to be shareware, now free.
