I sent an e-amil to you yesterday but I did not get an answer back. This item have been removed by the author because there different bugs in it. As per the author agreement (see message below), please refund me for this item Thanks Claude From the Author: I'm sorry Claude, I've had a few bugs with this package and I have pulled it out of the store until I can fix them. I will probably be selling the corrected ones with a nice trusty installer at the daz3d.com store in a couple of weeks for the same price. I'll also be selling a completely new set for Michael. If you'd like a refund from the renderosity store until then they will be happy to give you one. I have no problem with this and you can feel free to use the ones that do work until the new ones are ready. Or simply use the ones you have free of charge and don't worry about the update. This is the best I can do at the moment I'm afraid. Alex
