In every book I read for Bryce and Ray Dream Studio, there seems to be no way to generate a texture map template automatically from an already-created shape! Is there a way, or must I use the checkerboard shaders and guesstimate one manually?

"UV Mapper" by Steve Cox works great for creating UV maps. Here is his URL http://home.pb.net/~stevecox/ Hope this helps. Keith
