This is sort'a embarrassing because I know it's so basic...but in C2 I could rarely grab and move an object [at small size] without pulling the hotpoint out of it. Now, in C4, [even when I've unchecked "Lock Hot Point"] it doesn't want to move. What's the magic word? Thanks.

Thanks guys. [laughing all the way to the floor...] I'm not sure the "WORST EVER..." prize should go to the interface, but to the person/team that wrote the manual.

I'd have to agree with Kelley...it is not the "worst ever." Regardingg the Caps Lock/Hot point addition I was quite happy to see it show up in Ver 3 (I think). I would quite frequently unintentionally grab the hot point when trying to move an object. Ctrl-Z and I became close friends during that time.

From a sort of academic standpoint, it really is the worst interface design ever. A primary tenet of interface development is creating "discoverability," - simply making things discoverable. A button is 100% discoverable. A menu item is perhaps 70% discoverable, because you have to go looking for it. This caps-lock thing is 0% discoverable. Numerically speaking, it's as bad as any design could ever be. That's pretty bad.
