Here is what I did . Lots of one polygon planes mapped with a leaf texture . When I apply the tex and trans maps in the Material Manager everything seems allright but in the render the trans maps have no effect.
The trans maps are pure black and white and I tried jpg and bmp format. Maps work fine in Cinema and Poser.
the images shows my settings and the resut.

you have blend transparency on? that little downwards triangle from the top middle of the mat screen? drac

Phil, your thinking of "phat". Which could also stand for "Pretty Hot And Tempting". Which would explain why he (Drac) wants to have everyone's babies.
