Google is your friend :)I found that link. It says they are "Royalty Free".

Oh! You want the sound to play back. I see. Otherwise what I do when I want a chime sound, or something to that effect is bang my head against a metal pole a couple of times and I get all kinds of chiming sounds, with this tingling feeling. Unforchantly when I hit playback a couple of days later, after I clear the cobwebs out, for some reason I just hear a gong? I guess it must be all in my head!
