An entry for the challenge night shot.

And every one said, 'If we only live,
We too will go to sea in a Sieve,---
To the hills of the Chankly Bore!'
Far and few, far and few, Are the lands where the Jumblies live;
Their heads are green, and their hands are blue, And they went to sea in a Sieve.

Thumbnail.

To take the shot I set up a tripod in the back with camera between front seats about shoulder height. I set the camera to 15 secs @ F8 and fired shutter by remote control.
I just drove around firing away and this one is one of the better ones (19 in total). It is taken on a well lit dual carriageway road. In town you get more zig zag lines and colours so depends what you like where to take the shot. The results are unpredictable so just keep going till you get one you like, which you won't know till you get back home unless you have someone else to do the driving. No post work involved only resized for here :)

Nice job :). I wonder how many people would think your friendly traffic police with a camera on a tripod!

Thx tedz & ebsmooth :) Ebsmooth-Standard cheap tripod between front and back seats - used a bit of tape just to make sure it didn't slip. Shiela you can't see me because the camera is by my shoulder. When I realeased the shutter I did keep my left hand low so the dash was in the pic. I think you can just make out a thumb on the steering wheel in the larger gallery version ;)
