I need some advice please...

Yesterday I was browsing a store (different site), and came across a thumbnail image of V3 wearing a gorgeous hat. I clicked it and saw the full image of V3 wearing the hat along with matching top and pants. I was captivated and bought it. Upon installing it I realized it was only textures for an outfit, which I didn't have :(

I checked the merchant's store again, and sure enough discovered that I missed them stating it was only textures and gave a link to a site where the outfit could be purchased.

I purchased the indicated outfit and according to the merchant's store, had everything I needed to recreate that gorgeous outfit shown in the merchants thumbnail and larger store images.

After trying to use the outfit and textures, I find out that:

• the outfit from the other site has a headscarf, not a hat.

• the merchant used a thumbnail featuring the hat, and then shows a full outfit including the matching textured hat, but doesn't include textures for any headwear of any kind in their package.

• the merchant used a hat from a separate outfit (verified to me in email by the other site) in their advertising, and didn't indicate that the hat wasn't part of the outfit and that no textures for a hat or any headwear were included in their package.

I feel mislead. I was captivated by the hat and was drawn into the merchant's store by a closeup thumbnail of V3 wearing this hat, which turns out isn't part of the textures or the outfit at all. It was used as a selling feature, but had no place in the outfit or textures being sold, and that wasn't indicated either.

I'm still waiting to hear back from the merchant on this.
