Ok I uploaded a picture to the Vue gallery, but I tire the thumb and it said" Must be less then 15k. so I made another one at 13.67k using photoshop7. Then it said the same thing. Just now I tried a 1k file and it told me the same then. How do I get the thumb up??

Photoshop Users: Make sure you didn't save the image with a thumbnail and/or icon attached. These attachments are non-standard image formats, only understood by Photoshop. Even if you did upload them, no one's browser could view them, so these have been disabled. (in Photoshops settings) AS

Thanks bud, but the files are all in jpg format and still will not upload. Can you help me out and figure out why?

Other than the mentioned; "Edit>Preferences>File Handling>Image previwes: Never Save" thing, I'm not sure. I would try using something other than Photoshop, I use Photoshop a lot, but never use it to save jpgs, I just see too many users having problems. As far as freeware goes, I use "Irfanview" (www.irfanview.com) AS

Yes, Irfanview is where it's at! I use Photoshop with no problems when creating thumbnails. Paint Shop Pro 9 is what I commonly use, but if you don't want to blow money, go for Irfanview. Can't beat it for free. But give the guy a small donation anyway. $12 is way cheap.

In PhotoShop, use the "save for web" feature which strips everything but the image. Also, remove the image from your cache, it is possible that some instance of the earlier one is still hanging around somewhere. Carolly
