Thanks all! Qin is wearing Lobo75's Yasuo texture, Xena's Hope Gear and using shadowforge's Oriental Weapons Display Cabinet items. The hair is from Rosy Cheeks Lina character set. It was inspired by your image with Decker Kalypso :-)
