Galadia's Mirror, a classic deal at RDNA, has a similar jug (plus mirror, base, vial) for $5 It isn't flared at the base like yours but could take the etched-copper map. I thought that Bride's Gold included something similar, but can't find it now (was at DAZ?). There are some "pitchers" in free stuff here, but not as graceful as is yours, and "jug" or "ewer" didn't turn up the right item, either. Nothing at 3dcommune, either. Bride's Gold is still at DAZ. Their search engine just sucks. Try searching on gold.
I don't see an ewer like this one, though. There are a lot of elegant samavars and amphora-like things, but I don't see anything with a jug top in the package.

Here is a link to some textures for an item like that. It says you need "Birde's Gold" from Daz. Here is the link to the item at DAZ.. http://www.daz3d.com/shop.php?op=itemdetails&item=1902"It is good to see ourselves as

say." - Ghandi

Did you check Freebies? I've seen something similar..but I think it's been a year or more since the original posting; used to be a web site for Classical Greek stuff. I wonder if they could be retextured in Poser (I know you can do it in Bryce..)

This would be a good shade model test. Should be pretty straightforward. Maybe I'll see if I can make one tonight. E

Thank you all for your replies, been looking at the links you sent, and they are great, but i'm gonna hold out a lil while longer and see what ericwiz comes up with, once again thank you!! :)

Let me know if you end up using it because I'm curious. If you need something closer to your pic let me know that as well. It's good practice :)
I'll attach the .obj in the next post. No textures added.
Enjoy!

I forgot the lovely ewer from Virtually Historical. I bought it as a set of gold tableware a couple of years ago and was tremendously impressed with the detailing of their work. You have to join the site, but you can now get it in their free stuff, with other authentic period items. I do wish they'd put their store, back, though!
This is the little png of the ewer... (you don't see the lionhead on the handle or the engraving)
