That looks VERY good, very natural. I will say very simply, you have talent. Start with somthing simple...just make him twist at the hips (perhaps spin only one dial at the hip) and see if the cloth moves naturally. ::::: Opera :::::

Somethng I just learned from a pro is that cloth geometry that is triangulated (as opposed to having 4 sided polys) simulates better and smoother and has more natural folds. Interesting hey.

Looks great. Could you post a pic of the shirt in wireframe mode so we can see the polygons?
