Anyone else having problems with content paradise. I'm trying to download the update but says my serial number is invalid or accepts the serial number but then I can't log on with my info....

I keep getting an "Incorrect password" message even though I know it is correct....I even used their "forgot your password" link (twice)to have the proper one emailed to me and no response. Then I emailed customer service from their website regarding this yesterday and also have no response. It is indeed very frustrating. Updates are no good if you cant get them. Rawn

I'm having trouble - it accepts my serial and lets me log in but refuses to let me have the update (or anything else for that matter) Frustation is not the word for it!! Angel1

It let me download, but the download was corrupted. I tried two other times and ended up cancelling because the download ground to a halt. Now I can't download. It says I've had my max 3 downloads. I sent them an email, but (as has always been my experience with CL) no reply, and last time I looked, I still can't download. Ugh! Poser 5 release initially full of bugs. The Poser 6 release without QC even adequate to catch an obvious and show-stopping memory bug ... and now this. If we weren't such a bunch of Poser/graphics obsessives, Poser would have gone into the trash bin a long time ago. No other community I've ever heard of puts up with as much when it comes to poor customer service.
