You will need rhino 3.0 or lightwave to assemble these models.vilian posted Wed, 13 April 2005 at 4:10 PM

Why do you have to download the parts seperately?

Vilian, use the little pictures at the top of the page to select the model you want. If you don't want to use the dxf version and don't have LightWave, PoseRay imported the one I downloaded--couple of texture warnings but it looks OK. I haven't triex to export it to obj so I don't know if the native LW texture will come through. This would probably be great for crash scenes :-)"Democracy is a pathetic belief in the collective wisdom of individual ignorance." - H. L. Mencken

The CAR morphed into the robot? I just saw a broken-down car morph into a robot and hitchhike to the nearest town with a service station.

LOL! My intention to DL a car next morphed into getting Asimo instead of course :-) That is a great idea though. In the 50s they had card that you could reconfigure into planes or boats. Maybe the Civic can morph into (was it Claudet Colbert?) and stick out a shapely robotic leg to catch a lift. I wish more companies would make 3D models of their products available.
