Hiya, I'm trying to put together my version of Major Kusanagi, and aside from other issues, I'm trying to find hair that I can mold with minimum effort into something that looks right. So far I've narrowed my choices down to the following list, but if anyone know which of these I'd have the best chance of getting something like the major's hair I'd really appreciate hearing about it(I'd rather not spend $100 on a bunch of hair packs only to find out none of them are what I'm looking for): Erin V3/SP Wild & Messy Conforming Misaki Evolution pack Magix-VR Tate Grace Lion I've tried mangling a few existing meshes using Anim8or, but I'm really a complete loss when it comes to that. Thanks

Just out of curiosity, have you looked at any of Kozaburo's hair at Digital Babes? Can't beat the price on his hair styles. Frankly, that's about all that I use on my models. Here's the link: http://digitalbabes2.com/

Yeah, I've greedily snapped up every Koz item that's come out in the last couple of years, and it's an awesome range of hair props that has served me well, but none of them really does the trick for this. I also tried Studio Maya plus the hair styles that have come through Yamato's site for Tenten's various incarnations. It's difficult finding something that: 1-has the long bangs in the front and sides but is short in the back 2-has the puffy(?) look. I've tried tweaking the meshes for the full& feathered (has the puffy look) and the Charlseton(has the sideburns?, side-nags, whatever) hairs both in Anim8or to try to get there but it just ends up looking like she's weaing a garbage bag on her head.

Take a look at Swam's Kiri hair with Maskxmul's (sp?) mat mor pack. It might be what you want.
