Just seeking opinions on the best place to still find clothing/content for good old Mike/vicky2 I am near the final tweaks on my Cg self clone and am ready to start some animation tests. I have alot of good stuff for M2 already but im particularly looking for clothing items that have his body morphs. BTW Dont bother asking why i dont use M3 he's just not suitable for my current purposes Thanks.

I hear you, wolf. I don't dig M3, either. I can't find any current M2 stuff, though, other than the older things at PoserWorld. If you don't have a subscription there I suggest you get one. Worth it, I promise you.

This is a long shot, but, depending on the kind of clothes you are looking for, you might benefit from Dr. Geep's clothing tutorial. I say that because you would be building the clothes from the character, and so the issue of morphs being built in would be addressed. I know that wouldn't do anything for complicated clothing, but it might be useful for something like pants or a t-shirt type. Phil C. has clothing paks for Mike 2, and quite cheap, but I don't know how flexible they are. If you are clever with magnets, or have one of the clothing morph software, you might be able to adjust them. Now if you have Poser 5 or 6, you can take dynamic clothing for other characters and they will stretch (to a degree) to a bigger framed character. Some people have tutorials out there for turning the dynamic clothing to conforming and via versa (of course there are limitations to that).

There were free morphing clothes made for mikes clothing packs 1 and 2(daz). they were made by scifi guy and available at rdna in free stuff. They had all mike2's morphs added to them, i'll pop there now and see if they are still there

go to runtimedna.com then rdna free stuff, search for scifiguy, see if any of that helps, there was more there seems they have removed some of it

It actually ticks me off that daz just up & retires entire lines of character add-ons. They've still got a few M2 items here & there... but M2 has largely left the building. I've realized that I'm starting to think about daz the way that I do about apple. Poserworld is heavy on the Mike2 stuff. Join up for a month and download everything. Lots of the stuff there- you might actually use. Not just 15th century japanese bustiers with a smart prop feather duster which carry 400 megs of texture, but boots and shirts and hats and guns. I find it handy for the ole runtime to be richer in the mundane stuff. Real nice texture work, by the way, wolf. And I'm not using M3 very much at all either. First time was in last week's comics, and it was just because I needed a bkgd character to play a soldier. Mitch

almost anything released at pw is made in multiple versions, we support M1/2 as well as M3, david, etc etc. Same for V1/2 and v3, steph etc. We're also working on adding support for some other figures ..but more about that later :) Lyrra
