Hello Adobe Forum :)

This is my first post here, ive a render in need of postwork and im unsure how to accomplish what I need. As you can see in the render above, I have rain falling into swamp water, but there are no "impact ring ripples" spreading outward like concentric circles from where the drops impact the water.

Can anyone please point me to a technique, tutorial, or filter that can accomplish what I need to complete this render?

Thanks for reading,

Logan

Water Ripples is a free plugin for photoshop. I'm not sure how small the ripples can go but it is totally adjustable.

Hello dreamer,

That is a very cool free plugin, thank you for suggesting it!

Here are my first experiment results with the filter.

How does this look?

Yes, it is a cool plugin. I've been playing with it a lot. It's looking pretty good.

I'm full of links lol and yes it is an excellent job on pic. I actually spent 2 days cleaning out my bookmarks that I have been collecting over the years. I still have a mighty long scroll but I can find stuff a lot faster.
