Does one exist? I'm thinking of dabbling in some Manga style renders, but don't really want to fork over $30 for Hiro just to do silly stuff. Wondering if there's some kind of male version of Anime Doll to keep the styles similar...

Khrys's Anime All is a workable solution. However, he doesn't have too many clothes. Mao_Dante has some freebies available at Vulgarbard...you could try PMing him for details.
