welll....yes and no. There's a plugin out there somewhere, called FEO (for export only), that allows you to export to a more commonly-recognized format (I think Lightwave's lwo). The trick is scaling. Poser's scaling vis a vis other programs is something else. Poser exports are tiny in other programs. Poser imports some things as gargantuan..;)
What you might want to try is rendering in Terragen, then taking the picture and exporting as the background. Dr. Geep has a background tutorial that explains how..

there's a link to the FEO plugin on the Terragen community page---it lets you export .obj from terragen & yes they do import into poser ok (i just tested one).

If you can export your terrain as a greyscale image, you could also use it as a displacement map on a high-res square in Poser 5 or 6.
