Is is possible to make a planetary space scene in Vue? I know that it can be done in Bryce but I sure can't figure out how to do it in Vue.

- open a new scene - select Atmopsheres -> Effects -> Other -> Outer Space - Add a sphere to the scene - Edit the material of the sphere with a texture map from a planet (you can also simply use a Vue Planet). You also have links in the Backroom, under Materials, to download texture maps of planets. - Add a spaceship and you are done :) Here is a wide shot of the planet, a simple sphere with a Mars texture map.

but where in V5I you select ? - select Atmopsheres -> Effects -> Other -> Outer Space Atmosphere menu, Load Atmosphere, open the Effects collection, within that is the Others collection, where you find Outer Space in the third row down in the middle (at least, it is on my system!)

Don't forget to delete the ground.
