Im new to learning blender, as was wondering, how do I get the "Control Handles" as shown in the image.

Hmmm. Nothing happened. If it makes a difference, Im on OS 10.3.8 using 2.36 Thanks

2.36 does not have the control channels you have to wait until 2.37 is released to the public. Or download the beta at blender.org from the attached link. Brian
