Subject: May '05 Challenge Entry #1--Flowers in the Window

i took this yesterday...looking thru the window of a floral shop. that weird looking thing in the backgroud is...uh...what's the name for it...you know...that "arm" that goes in front of a railroad crossing...it goes down when there's a train & up when it's say to pass. jeesh, my memory is shot! as always...please feel free to give me suggestions for improvement, etc! :) f/8 1/200 sec ISO 64

Sheila this is great! Fantastic color contrast between the blues, greens and yellows. I would like to see the black at the top of the frame removed. I think it detracts from the complementary colors working together. I would just clone in more of the window frame. Other wise excellent entry:}

Beautiful image! Color are suberb! Those reflections really throw ya off!

Thanks, Jim!!!! Fantastic idea!!! i didn't like that either but didn't see any way to fix it. Duh....clone it in! can't believe i didn't think of that! thanks a bunch!!!! :)
