It generally takes 2 days max to get your serial for the extra modules. As for the Cupidon, I don't remember, since I upgraded to Infinite.

What's the deal with serial numbers? If you buy a boxed edition of Vue, don't you get serial numbers in some kind of printed form included?

To Mark: When you buy the extra Pro Studio modules, you download the files from E-on, wait for your payment to be accepted, and then you receive your serial by mail. To Richard: I don't know, I never got a pre-serial, just waited for the serial to come by mail. What I know is that it should begin by: "BOT5-" and then some numbers and letters.

My serial for the lighttune module was a mix of numbers and letters and it worked fine.
