I just installed an ATI All-In Wonder Radeon (AIW Radeon). Everything seems to work fine except when I try to bring up Bryce 3D I get the following: Program performed an Illegal Operation and will be shut down BRYCE 3D caused an invalid page fault in module ATIO9XAG.DLL at 0187:690f420c. I have reloaded DX8 drivers with no luck. It wouldn't work with DX7 either. I also have Poser, which comes up fine. Any suggestions - ATI was no help at all! Rick

You might want to try http://support.atitech.ca/products/pc/radeon/radeon_drivers.html Hope it helps!

Memory, I was having problems of the same type but with just a standard video card. I was forced to upgrade to a 7200 speed HD, Increase my memory, and ultimately replace my video card. I may be wrongm, but Bryce is a memory hungry program, which doesn't really use the capabilities of the high end video cards. So memorys got to be it.

Thanks for the info. I'm already using a 7200rpm HD and have 256MB of Ram on an 850Mhz proocessor (PIII). I've reloaded Bryce and reapplied the upgrade to Bryce (including the preset upgrade). I suspect it may be a problem with the Radeon drivers which is why I'm trying to find anyone who is using an AIW Radeon with Bryce 3D successfully. Thanks again for trying, Rick

3dfiles.com has just released on their page a utility to tweak Radeon based ati cards. Give it a look and see if it can help you.
