3D World Magazine has taken interest in me writing another Bryce Q&A article for them. I can decide what to write "from questions I have receieved before about Bryce". Since I have at one time or another been asked almost everything, what do you think I should write about? I have ideas, but thought I would get other opinions. ---------------------- *The "Q&A" is a one page, 350 word description on "how to" do something in a cetain program. AS, How about you put your idea's to us then we can go over them and pick the one/s out we think would be best for you to write about.

I mean i could suggest booleaning and you may not know anything on that(no saying you don't) so it would be a useless suggestion to make :) PS: I'm declaring war on the Bookstores here in Australia, they don't sell that mag. ;)

"Reinstall Windows" is NOT a troubleshooting step.

Is easability a real word ? Yeah,........DTE or using and mapping photo-textures in Bryce.

AS, you have an uncanny ability for creating great texture. Considering the small amount of space they allow you for detail, a brief workup on one Texture (lets say your FAV rusty metals).

How about you right something on the DTE for the mag anf then put a tutorial together on your rust texture on R'sity for those of us that can't get the mag... Just an idea from one who can't buy that mag unless i order it in and pay $20AUD FOR IT.

If your last one was on faked hdri technique, why not do the next one on the TA/radiosity technique thing? Keep a lighting theme for people to follow that will have a good look in the final render step of the article. Sort of a "this is bryce, and with a bit of work, you can get some decent things out of it" kind of style.

How to make crispy, photorealistic landscapes using extra radial(s)...you know AS, from the site you mentioned here a few days ago; (the link must be here in the Forum). It's like working with another Bryce when you use radials as Sun.

How to make Spheres over Water :}

I would suggest either going with the DTE theme, since it tends to be a bit overwhelming without some moderate effort, or a list of your top ten favorite easter eggs: AA vs no-AA sun/moon placement negative metas texture thumbnails etc etc If the article is targeted at a potential new user group it might be good to enlighten them a bit on the hidden features and cool for us to have them referenced all in one place.

Using the terrain editor to actually make something other than a landscape. Make and assemble several parts for an assy. Just a thought as this is a very powerful but oft neglected tool!

Pass no temptation lightly by, for one never knows when it may pass again!

All of the above in one page article with room for a cartoon. Seriously, DTE is daunting. Any help appreciated
