Hey Gang Does anyone know if there are programs to make clothing for any character? I know Clothim 1.0 makes clothes for M3 but I want clothes for other characters as well. Does such a program exist? TIA. Adrian

I haven't tried it but there is a real interesting one by PhilC called Clothing Creator that's a Poser 5/6 plug in.

Yes, You should be able to import a poser figure into Shade (I know, duh, they're made by the same company). Just start building a model around it and then import it into poser. You'll have to bone it, etc, etc

I honestly can't think of any tutorial for it off the top of my head, if you look around you should be able to find something.

If you need help with Shade you can check out the Shade forum here or at Shader's Cafe. This release of Shade is the first outside of Japan, so there are not alot of "masters" around these forums, but we all do the best we can to help each other. Sometimes the answers are slow in comming.

MarkDC has a really good tutorial CD for creating clothes in 3DS Max (or modelling program of choice). Working on an ascot right now. I get really stange looks from cashiers when I purchase the latest copy of Vogue.

Squid Thanks for the response. I need to do something to make clothing cause they are so expensive at Daz3d. I don't like texture clothing that Clothim makes and its not versatile. Thanks again. Adrian

PhilC also has a CD you can buy on how to make clothes.
