Tried putting the flash under the table...But also was dissapointed at the new bags of popcorn. Is a larger double bag, and it takes longer to pop, so it burns some of it while waiting out the extra time.... Sigh .LOL

hehe... 3 looks good! not so sure if i want to put my hand in there, light makes it look hot... cool experimenting... munch, munch... man, cake & popcorn today... all virtual, no calories!! ;d remember Jiffy Pop?! :D

yes and I put that in a brown bag with tape...bit of oil/butter then pop that....way cheaper than buyin microwave bags..

cool shots and idea ... but microwave popcorn ..yuck haffta to make it the old fashion way with a big old doulble boiler pan and use pure olive oil and a few pinches of lawreys seasoning salt.. then big huge bowl and only real butter melted in the pan with a few dashes of salt after that.. (forgive me i am a popcorn a holic- need a 12 step group and even though i am sick right now .. now i have to go make some .. you got me going!! HAHA ) great shots! the bottom one appeals to me the most..

kimmers..I remember doing that...plus remember a pan that had the popcorn burnt into it so ad I had to toss it out. LOL. real butter yesssss...lots too. I even had a basket thing to make it over a fire.

the trick to not burning popcorn is to sorta tend to it and shake it as its cooking ( popping) and then open andd close the lid as you go take it off the fire when it gets 3/4th way done... a pan with holes on the lid for air is most effective.. i could eat popcorn till the cows come home .. or untill my scale breaks! love your pictures very creative!

yummy!!!! i luv popcorn long as it has salt. buttered, unbuttered...doesn't matter. either way is great! i'll have some later...still havin' coffee! :) 3rd one looks the best! Fun experiment!

Hmm. Not sure which I like the best. But the second one really is good. On the other hand the first is good too. I think you really have something going on with the light from the bottom. Bsteph
