My hubby brought home this puppy, he found her roaming the median strip of the highway. She was soaked and shivering so he brought her home. So I need some help here....does anyone know what breed of dog she is? Her tongue is purple, like a Chow, but her body build is all wrong for that breed....I'm guessing she's also under one year old.

I'll be posting in the local stores, vet, supermarket for her owners, I can't believe she's a stray, she's in excellent condition. And if no one claims her in thirty days she's ours I guess, any suggestions for a name?
