This seems like a no-brainer - to my no-brain - but is there any way in P6 to select body parts, not just material groups, to individually texture them? I'm no expert on 19th century fashion, but I bought the 19th Century Suit for M3 from DAZ, and I think it looks odd, if not outright silly, that there are gaps of exposed bare flesh between the stock and his coat. I tried setting M3's SkinTorso texture to match the stock, but it comes out just above the top of the stock onto his neck; I'd have thought the neck texture would go just a bit farther down his actual neck! If I could change the texture of just the Chest body part, it would be fine. Short of adding another shirt under the coat, I can't find a way to make it look as though Michael is completely dressed, and adding a shirt leaves me with it poking through the skin-tight coat :-(. So far, the only alternative I can think of is modifying the texture map for his torso so that where it is exposed, it matches the stock.

There's a trick: select the body part you want (the chest I think), start the Grouping Tool. Switch to Hidden Line view. Select the Chest group from the list of existing groups; now all polygons are colored red. Choose "Assign Material..." and type a new material name, e.g. "Shirt". Close the grouping tool, and now you have a Shirt material in the Material room, that you can texture just the way you want. Hope this helps, Steven.
