Yes, Bryce uses image textures uncompressed. Best to make copies of the textures, and make those copies half the dimensions of the originals, unless you need a skeleton close to the camera, and need to avoid pixelation of the texture. AS

Playing with the new Daz Skeleton. The only problem is that when the skeleton is textured, Bryce chews up 725 Meg of swap space. I suspect it is uncompressing the textures or something, but it makes it bloody hard to work with.Come visit us at RenderGods.
