Someone PLEASE help me before I go completly insane, smash my computer and check into the nearest mental insituation... I Have Photoshop 7 now and I am trying to make a thumbnail for the gallery. Even with the smallest possible thumb and a Quality size of "0" (which makes the thumb look like crap BTW) it is STILL over 15 KBs!!!!!!!! ARGH!!!!!! Someone please PLEASE PLEASE help me before I go crazy (which is already almost to late here!!!)

Does Photoshop 7 have the "Save for Web" option that was available in earlier versions? I've found that the best way to get control over file compression. Also have you tried saving as a GIF rather than a JPG? That was also an option in the earlier save window.
