Subject: Assistance needed please

I just purchased two packages, Malice for V3, S3P & Aiko 3, and Azrea & Sylph - A3 from the store and when I pressed the button the first time it didn't look like it went thru so I checked my account and it hadn't. When I pressed the button again, it did go through and so did the other one. Now I have two downloads for each product available and I'd really prefer only one. It doubled the order somehow. Any help would be appreciated.

Hate to be a pest tonight... nothing seems to be going right for some reason.. Am I supposed to have a gift certificate then? I don't, that's why I was asking because that's what the email said. Again, Deb, I'm sorry for all the trouble, maybe I should have just gone to bed, LOL. jen :)
