I'm sorry, but the image of a bunch of nerds invading a gas station, pointing a blaster rifle prop at the employee, and demanding all the money in the register is just too much. Even if I were working there, I would have a hard time keeping my face straight. I think that blaming the movie is incorrect just as much as blaming the Matrix for Columbine is. People have to be responsible for their own actions and behavior. Still funny, though (the Dark Helmet guys, not Columbine). I would actually almost enjoy being robbed, I think... though I'd still shoot to kill if I had a gun.
