I'm sitting here listening to some excellent music created by one of our members. I've read a number of us talk about being musicians as well as Poser (and other software & natural media and photography) artists. It occurred to me that we have no place within this community to discuss or express our creativity through music. If this interests you, please follow this link to the Community Center Forum and let your thoughts/opinions/desires be known. Music *is* art. Maybe we could enable that nekkid Vicky with her sword to *sing* in the temple. Before they made me they broke the mold!

Actually, Odd Ditty Foundry not only has a radio station, but also a place to share songs and snippets of songs in the Forums.
thou and I, my friend, can, in the most flunkey world, make, each of us, one non-flunkey, one hero, if we like: that will be two heroes to begin with. (Carlyle)

I'm sure there is a common relation to artists into other creative realms.. (like music, martial arts, etc.) All right brained activity stuff. Me for example, ..totally right-brained.. it takes puppets and a script and funky music to explain something to me I will later understand and remember (lol).. I myself, record (home studio) and play several intruments (drums, keys, bass, rythm, lead, vocals). I play "lead guitar" and sing in a band (hobby) regularly. Many of the other band members are also artists too... Also, a 26 year pratictioner of Martial arts.. There are many musicians in that circle... Of all that, it is all hobby for me. I have a "day job" that no one has offered me to quit because of the above stuff... heeheehee Hmmmmmmmmmm

Make sure you check out SongRamp. SongRamp is managed by Bondware, inc. and is fueled by the same software that runs Renderosity. Lots of great free songs, forums and a MarketPlace for independent musicians to sell their CD's. Enjoy, ClintClint Hawkins
