e-frontier/CuriousLabs, I know they are busy over there but starting nearly a month ago I have sent 3 e-mails, made two international calls (one "its not my department" and one "please leave a message") and sent an IM here which was recorded as recieved. I pre-ordered Poser 6 / Winter Queen / Shade 7LE package. The Shade serial number was not in that shipment, not on the disc envelope, not on the packing slip, not on the digital reciept or shipping documents. I have searched my emails and they did not send me a serial number that ever reached me. I feel that it is right that I be able to use my Shade disc but how long is reasonable to wait for even a recognition of my quiries? Has anyone else had these difficulties in obtaining thier Shade serial numbers? Can anyone advise me on what to do to get my serial number? I am sorry to bring this up in the forum but I am loosing patience.

I'm in a similar position. I too have not got a serial number, just a promise that someone is looking into it.

Are you sure your spam filter didn't toss it out? Or that your ISP didn't filter it out before it even got to you in the first place? I got my serial number in my email two weeks before they even shipped Poser 6 and Shade to me. Still, it seems odd they would have to email us the serial number instead of including it in the package with the disk. I wonder why they did it that way?

My Spam filter may very well have nabbed it. I hope I can get some help soon.

Well, after speaking to a couple more polite people on the phone starting with a new number one of you sent me, I obtained the phone number of a person at eF/CL who was in fact able to give me my serial number. He also said he was still in the process of sending people numbers by e-mail. A very nice guy and if you IM me I will give you his number as I don't think that etiquette allows the posting of a phone number on the net without prior consent. Good luck PhilC... oh. Thanks for your contribution to the community... I bought some old P4 clothes from you the other day and your clothes maker looks brilliant.

I guess I got lucky. Yes, my serial was missing from the CD. But, I called CL, a living breating human answered the phone and I had my serial in like 2 minutes. Nerd3D
