I've been doing a few tests and this is one issue that keeps coming up. The masts on the building keep strobing even at relatively close distances. I have increased the AA from 70% to 95% but the only change is an increase in render times.

I have also run the model in Lightwave using FPrime with GI enabled and med AA quality. The transition quality is far better.

My next tests involve historical aircraft that have a number of machine gun and radio antenna. It would be great if I could find a setting that I am overlooking that clears this up.
