There are a couple archery sets in the freebies section that with a little retexturing would possibly work fine for your needs. Do a quick search for archery and they should pop right to the front for you. =)

There's a free bow on RDNA freebies as well, but since i don't know how a native american bow looks like, i don't know if it could suit your needs...
