I was browsing galleries and saw some work buy a guy named Englewolf. It looks like he's using negative boolean unions with metaballs but I cant get bryce to do that. does anyone have any idea how he's getting such smooth organic shapes in bryce?

I tried asking him but it seems my email addy in my profile was outdated so if i got a response it never made it to me.

To create a "negative metaball", shift-click the Create Metaball icon on the Create Palette. Metaballs, like other booleans, stick to their own groups. So, metaballs won't merge with metaballs from other groups... Good luck!

The link shows a small sample of interactions between positive and negative metaballs. Hope this helps.
