HI all. I recently bought Bryce 5.5, and so I also downloaded the latest Studio. My question is what's the difference between the V3 model that comes with the Studio download and the V3 that's free from DAZ? Is it possible to install both? Thanks! Jack

Yes it is possible to install both. As far as I understand the V3 that comes with DAZ Studio is V3 RR LE - reduced resolution limited edition, while the free V3 is V3 SAE - special anniversary edition - usual hi-rez model.

The V3RR takes all usual V3 textures, poses and clothes but does not support V3 morphs because of differences in mesh. It comes with its own limited morph collection, though, as well as texture and couple of free items.

The V3 SAE will take morphs after purchasing the head and body morph packs from DAZ. In general the V3 SAE is just a mesh, without texture, so you'll have to get free ones (numerous ^_^) or purchase them.

I suppose that V3RR is good for importing her into Bryce scenes because of smaller size but on this I may be wrong :)
