Anbody noticed that in the Weekly Daz Dispatch the free product of the week is advertised as: "Aphrodite Outfit by: Lesthat & Vampir3Princess Now Victoria can join the fray in this fantastic conforming outfit. Not to mention the smart-propped dagger included that is perfect for any dueling match". But the picture is of a labororatory set, and that is what is actually on the site. Poo, I was hoping for an outfit!

You have to use the lab kit to make the outfit. 8 )~ Tom

NP Engel47 - only mentioned it because I don't have any windows open in here and the smell can get a tad overpowering :)

LOL, yeah I noticed that boo boo. The Aphrodite outfit was last weeks freebie and can be found under the "archives". The lab kit is a Bryce feebie and I don't think that it can be used in Poser.

I thought that these would be boolean objects, too. (the kind that can`t be exported from bryce).

I was slightly irritated by the way the Bryce nature of the freebie was non-obvious. I'm still on dial-up and there's a lot of data to download to get from the DAZ homepage to where they tell you it's for Bryce.

"I was slightly irritated by the way the Bryce nature of the freebie was non-obvious." Huh? Right under the title on DAZ's weekly freebie page. "This Glassware set for Bryce is a great...." You see the word 'Bryce' there? So whats non-obvious? I guess DAZ bashing (and freebie bashing at that) is still fashionable...

Go to www.daz3d.com and all you see is a little picture and a link to the free item. Always have done. You have to load the freebie page, from a different domain name, and even though there's a lot of stuff on the page which looks the same, that difference affects browser caching. On a dial-up, it's irritating. In the past, there have been very few Bryce freebies. That's changing, it seems, and the way the freebies are presented needs a little more thought.

Are we talking about the same web page?

This is where I saw the first mention of it.
