Hi there, e Frontier has an interesting content package for Shade on sale at the moment, featuring lots of nice urban environment-building models

Thanks

No, Poser 6 doesn't import Shade models. The only way they can be integrated with poser would be to load them in Shade and export them as .obj's then import those into Poser.

Ah, disappointing...I think Vue is the only other app out there that can open shade files (from what I've been able to track down online) Thanks for the help MM! Cheers BJ

Kind of ironic that e Frontier sells a modeling program bundled with Poser that Poser can't even read the models it makes directly. You'd think they would have added that option in Poser 6.

I hope they fix that soon. The overhead of the Shade format is less by orders of magnitude. (compared to .obj) I think we will see more integration of the two apps as time goes on. Shade 8 has added a few more features to "Poser Fusion" so I think its a safe bet that P7 will add some type of Shade import capability.
