I have been following this tutorial on making smart props. http://www.renderosity.com/tut.ez?Form.ViewPages=45 But when I get to step 28.. I'm stuck.. it clearly shows, and states.. "click on the plus sign, to add the prop to the library." My prob is.. I don't HAVE the plus sign to add it. It shows up under everything else. (yes I know where it is too.. I've used it to save morph targets before) But under props I don't have the plus sign to add to library. Is there an alternate way to save it? Or an option I'm missing to make the plus sign show up under props? Cause I am getting so sick of having to save the whole thing as a pz3 file just so I don't got to line the props up all over again each time I want to use it.. Or save the whole thing as a new figure.. I just want it as a smart prop!

Make sure that the prop is selected before adding it to the prop library or the plus sign might not show up.

I do have the prop sellected. But the plus sign still don't show up at all.

Your not listening.. I am NOT trying to save the prop in the figures.. I'm trying to add it to the PROPS folder.. but there is no plus sign to add it like the tutorial shows!
I am under the props tab.. I'm in a folder under props.. there I have the prop I want to add sellected (it's a lion tail, currently parented with the mel horse's pelvis).. there is no plus sign to add it so it can be made into a smart prop.. Thats what I'm saying! ;.;

Also...are you sure the tail is a prop, not a figure? If it's a figure, I don't think you can save it to the props library.

randym77 sugestion that the tail is a figure, not a prop, sounds the most probable. I can't think of any other reason you would not get the '+'. You could try exporting the tail as a Wavefront OBJ, then reimport it, that would make it a prop.
