In the store...I see alot of reference made to "The Dress" for Viki3.... Can I ask...Is this a DAZ item? Or is in the store?

Yes - it's a DAZ item. The link is to the Victoria 3 version - it's also available for Stephanie Petite and the Girl.

It can be difficult to pose and work with. I've used it successfully a couple of times, but it's not a nice "conform and go" type item. I've had the most luck with using standard poses (which are included with the dress), but for variety, you can pose the figure, lock the bottom (or top) part, then apply a different pose, and tweak from there.
