I purchased Ingrid's Latina Woman and lost the files during a reformat. Could you pls resend a d/l link? It has been less than 30 days. Thanks, Victoria Cherokeegal

If it has been less than 30 days, you should still be able to download it from your account screen in the store.

I tried prior to posting but there is no link for a d/l; only discloses the products I have purchased.

Thanks....the d/l buttons are present once again but when I try and execute I receive an error msg stating I am not authorized.:*(

I made a change in one spot, but neglected to make it where the actual download happens. It should work for you now.
