Hello I sent my information nearly a half hour ago but i still cannot download did i do something wrong????

You're in for a long wait I think. I've been waiting 16 hours and still nothing. I wouldn't have purchased if I knew it was going to be such a hassle. Email server problems seem to be a regular occurence.

I don't think their email server is working. You could try an Instant Message to one of the admins.

Dear Business Partner, I am very angry about your Service. The reason is, I bought some stuff from you and now, I cant download anything since 2 days. I know that you need time to check my credit card, but I need the stuff to work right now. What I dont understand is, you give me no information about how long you need to check my responsibility. So, I sit here and cant do anything. Thats not very clever from you. Please, give me response, what you plan? Is that what you want? You take my money and only what I have is a funny login on your page. But you cant buy anything in your online-store, because you never get it to me. Super!!!!!!!!! Hi Andre, This is stated on the Checkout page and you should have received an E-Mail about your purchase with this information. "First time buyers (Credit Card, Debit Card and Paypal) 1) Credit or Debit card. As part of our verification process we ask that you send us the toll free or security number off the back of your credit card along with your Renderosity member name. When we have this information, we'll be happy to activate your purchase. All future Credit and Debit card purchases will be available for immediate downloading. This information should be sent to the Store E-Mail. 2) Paypal. As part of our verification process we ask that you send us your Renderosity member name, Order ID number and your real name used on your Paypal account. When we have this information, we'll be happy to activate your purchase. All future Paypal purchases will be available for immediate downloading. This information should be sent to the Store E-Mail."
