Hey,
I just bought the Millennium Dog LE and Starter Kit products at www.daz3D.com. While the base product (LE) installed fine, I'm having problems installing the Starter Kit, which just requires the LE product to work. When I try to install it to the Poser folder, a window pops up, telling me that I don't have the required content (forcing me to cancel the installation).

I have Poser 4, and I have had this problem with a hair product I also purchased on DAZ. I had contacted their Tech Support, but received no reply. Any help would be greatly appreciated as I'd hate to have purchased this product and not be able to use it.

Thanks!

Are you sure you already have the required content? If not, DAZ does have a 30 day money back policy. How long has it been since you contacted DAZ? Usually they are pretty good about responding within a few days.

Usually they are gone for the weekend, so getting support from Daz will probably have to wait until Monday unless someone here can help.

I had this same problem with Garee's animals. However, it was due to the fact I moved the items where I wanted them. The freakin installer was looking in the right place, but since I had shoveled the intial files around the way I wanted, the installer got confused. Just another possibility..... Re-do the install & don't move anything around...that's if you did this to begin with.

Okay, so I just created a new folder and installed both products there (then moved them to Poser), and it works. I now got the high res texture maps, poses, and MATs... but what I still can't find are the different morphs for various breeds. I did purchase the Millennium Dog Starter Pack, which should include a bunch of different breed of dog (and textures according to the pics), but there's no morphs or anything to be found. I'm still stuck with this one brown dog. Am I just stupid and blind and missing something, or what's up? EDIT: Sorry, but it's cool now! I had the LE model loaded instead of the regular one, which contains all the morphs for the different breeds. We're all good. Thanks for the help!
