I found this pic at deviantart, and would love to find the "Reika" hair brokenangel used.
I looked around but it seems that its neither in the freestuff nor market place ?

According to Google Eowyn had some free textures for it, you could try IMing her and asking if she knows where the hair itself could be found.

Reika was a character for V1/2 along with that hair by minerva from Digital Love Doll. The site was last updated in May but from what I see the Freestuff link does not work anymore. You can try contacting minerva though and see if it's still available.

The Freebies section on minerva's site (Digital Love Doll, see web ring for link) hasn't been made available since the site had a make over late last year / early this year.

You could also just IM'ed me over at dA and asked, since that's my image... ;-) It's the Reika hair by Minerva, I think it is still up at her webpage, along with the reika character. At least it was last I checked (pays off to read the other comments first, no?).
