Subject: Why Why Why!!!!!???

No matter how big or small the render size is, no matter what the render settings are and no matter what scene it is, I keep getting this error when I try to save a scene where I have stopped the render. This is since the latest update. I have tried to undo the last update, but vue goes mad and I have to reinstall the program. The other problem is that I am now ALWAYS running out of memory and vue crashes then hangs and I have to hit the HARD RESTART button on my PC to reboot. Vue 4 Pro use to do the same thing, and now Infinite is doing it. Is anyone else having this problem or is it just me? Thanks and all help would be great... Thanks Gareth:)

I had never seen this message until the last update. However, I'm not having memory & crash issues as much as I used to - but that might just be because I'm not using Poser imports very much at the moment! :-) Bernie

Everyone be sure and report this to tech support at e-on and maybe we can get a new update faster for these last few problems. :)

I am not having this issue at all. Are you only getting this for renders using Poser imports? I'm not using poser, I'm using DAZ Studio instead. Some limitations, but no errors in Vue.

you need to have the latest patch (277255)....I had this message too while running the patch before...now the problem is gone for me

To MT_Cup... No. I'm not running Poser at the moment. Not installed yet... To Eisbaerchen... I use to have the pach installed, but had to reinstall windows and Vue, so it may not be installed any longer. I'll give it a try and thanks for your help... Gareth:)

Gareth, I've never had that message, but I have the 277255 patch installed and my V5I is pretty stable with it. Good luck!

When I reported this bug to e-onsoftware last week, they were already on to it. The latest patch has fixed the problem.
