Saturday Morning I got up ar 4:30 to catch a Balloon Festival. Now this was done on the county level in southern NJ (Sewell NJ) and therefore it wasn't all that big. But, it was fun! They had to take off from an alternate site than originally planned so they flew into the sun. That made it very hard to catch the brillent colors of the balloons, but I think I got some good shots. The images in this thread are what I consider the good ones. Magick Michael PS Michelle, you are welcome to come down anytime and stay with us and we can go shoot balloons or anything else you would like!

Oh these are such great colorful shots! There's usually a festival here every July. I missed last years and the year before there was no lifting because of the windy weather..... Hope to get there this year though!

What a feast of colors!!!! This is beautiful! Never saw any up close either! Must be quite impressive though! These are such huge thingies!!

Great color in these! Very bright and clear. Our festival is in July here. This is the first time I'll be seeing it from a photographer's point of view (amature photog). I will have to be there around 4:30am as well to get the good shots though. I'm not sure if I can do that! I'm thinking seriously about it though. :)
